Developed by Oldstonehenge and Clifton Blake, The Pacific, located at 2968 Dundas Street West and the historic William Rowntree Block, is a purpose-built rental community currently under development in Toronto’s vibrant Junction neighbourhood. Designed by CORE Architects, the project integrates heritage and modern design by preserving the character of the existing streetscape while introducing contemporary detailing, expansive windows, and stepped-back terraces. The result will be a refined, modern rental residence that honours the Junction’s historic charm while offering thoughtfully designed homes that reflect the evolving lifestyle of the neighbourhood.
