Developed by Oldstonehenge and Clifton Blake, 1133 Yonge Street is a retail and office project in Toronto’s coveted Summerhill neighbourhood. Designed by Studio JCI, the redevelopment restores the existing façade by preserving its original shape while reinterpreting the architecture through contemporary detailing and modern windows. The result is a project that maintains the historic presence of Yonge Street while introducing a refined, modern identity that complements the character and prestige of the neighbourhood.
