Developed by Oldstonehenge, the redevelopment of 197 King Street East, historically known as the Nealon House, restores a landmark property along King East in Toronto’s St. Lawrence neighbourhood. With design by Studio JCI and hospitality by Sonder, the project carefully preserves the heritage character of the Nealon House while adapting it into a contemporary boutique hotel, ensuring this historic site remains a vibrant part of King East’s evolving streetscape.
